- A Philips Dynalite whole house Lighting Control System that integrates Lighting and motorised Rails and Blinds.
- A Denon Heos Multiroom Audio System for the Kitchen, Living and Dining area, Main Bedroom including Ensuite Bathroom and Outdoor area
- A Denon Home Theatre system.
Bowers & Wilkins in ceiling speakers were used throughout the indoor space while Polk Audio all weather speakers was the brand of choice for the outdoor space.
